In the Making: Crochet Ripple Throw Part 3

July 27, 2010 by Michele

The work continues stitch by stitch, row by row. The colours are many. The pattern, easy and rhythmic. I try to do some each day, no matter how little, and that way the project never migrates onto the backburner.

I had accomplished this much as of the last update. As you can see, the ripple is growing. This pleases me. What I like about the blogging aspect of the project is that I have a record of my progress. I can casually stroll back through the links and see that, oh yes, I’m making strides! I like that too.
If you’d like to try your hand at one of these lovely crocheted ripple throws, Lucy at Attic 24 has kindly provided this tutorial for us beginners. Thanks Lucy!

Looking lovely Michelle! It is nice to have a project that you can just pick up when you have just a few minutes.

Looking great! So bright and cheerful. You say you're a beginner?! It looks really good for a beginner! (not that I'm really surprised!) I keep getting inspired to learn to crochet.. but I have no time!! Looking forward to seeing your progress..
